I am an attorney admitted to practice by the State Bar of California, authorized to practice at the federal level before the United States Immigration Courts.
My practice is primarily focused on immigration law, with particular emphasis on removal defense, asylum applications, and strategic litigation in complex cases.
I graduated as an attorney from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela in 2003. I immigrated to the United States in 2007 and, like many of my clients, I have firsthand experience with the U.S. immigration system.
This personal experience informs my professional practice and allows me to understand not only the legal aspects of each case, but also the human impact behind every process.
I later pursued legal studies in the United States and graduated in 2013 from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. This legal training in both systems strengthens my analysis, professional judgment, and ability to litigate with precision within the framework of U.S. federal law.
Throughout my practice, I have represented individuals and families in deportation proceedings, motions to reopen, appeals, and humanitarian applications. I approach every matter with legal rigor and meticulous preparation, fully aware that immigration decisions carry profound and lasting consequences.
I handle every case with calm, respect, and firmness—not as a slogan, but as a professional method. I believe the law is not practiced through haste or empty promises, but through preparation, sound judgment, and character.
